Joel Spence

Joel Spence plays the scary part of a dangerous pedophile named "Weapongrade" in Hamal_18. Though a serious, professional actor, Joel has a healthy sense of humor about the acting profession: his resume notes that he can "walk/chew gum," and that he "met Pete Townshend once."

Joel has appeared in commercials shot in both Los Angeles and Minnesota; important parts in a long string of independent feature films; and on stage in London, Edinburgh, Los Angeles, Minnesota and Texas (to name a few). A graduate of SMU, Joel continues his training with the Groundlings Theater, Patsy Rodenburg and Pierre Byland. And through it all, he has managed to play soccer for 15 years.
